How does delivery work?

Add to your cart and complete the checkout process.

Add the items that you want to buy into your shopping cart. You add an item into your cart by clicking on the small round button which has a shopping trolley on it. Once you have viewed your shopping cart and want to buy the items inside, click on ‘checkout’ at the top of the page. Complete the six steps by providing the information each step asks you for and it as simple as that.

Check your email and collect your account details.

 As soon as you have completed the checkout process, our system will instantly send you a confirmation email. After we receive your order, we’ll put it together and send it out to you as soon as possible. Delivery can be anywhere from just a couple of minutes to up to a maximum of 24 hours if it’s a large order we need to put together. As soon as it’s ready, we’ll email you and you’ll receive the username, password and birthday to the shell account that is holding your order.

Access your account and obtain your goods.

Login to the account we have provided you via email. If you buy Neopets items, remember, do not use the trading post. Click on the item in your inventory and choose the action ‘gift to Neofriend’ and gift the item to your chosen account. Now all you have to do is enjoy your goods. If you buy Neopoints then you would remove the Neopoints from the bank after logging in and send the Neopoints to your own account via trades. Only send 500,000 Neopoints per trade.

Why should I buy from you?

Here at, we actually care about you as a customer and have built our site to be as customer friendly as possible. We take your account safety extremely seriously and have spent hours on perfecting the way we deliver our products to you in order to keep your account and your goods safe. Not to mention our prices are extremely cheap and you get all of your products as fast as possible. So there we have it, safe, fast and instant, what more can you ask for?

Do you offer refunds?

If we are at fault on anything then we will happily refund you. If you’ve received your product in good standing, we can not accept the product back or send a refund for it as all digital products are for one consumer only. We can’t take it back and sell it to another customer for their and your safety, so once you have your product, it’s yours to keep.

Do you buy or exchange goods?

Unfortunately, we do not buy any goods from customers or exchange goods with customers. This is simply because we already have all the stock we could possibly need and therefore there is no room in our budget to take on any more goods.

Which payment methods do you accept?

We currently accept a globally used system of InstaPay. Please check out and find out how easy it is to use InstaPay with whatever payment process you’re looking to purchase with. If you would like to purchase our products using a different method that is not currently in our shopping cart, just drop us an email at [email protected]

Do you take custom orders?

Yes, we can get you pretty much any item. Simply email us and we will give you a quote.

Do you price match?

We try to match our competitior’s prices the best we can. If you have seen an item which is cheaper elsewhere, do not hesitate to contact us to see if we can match or even beat that price.
