I must say I was nervous buying from BON the first time and took quite a few weeks to research and correspond with the staff here. Once deciding to buy I dove right in and bought one of my dreams and I could not be more pleased! I was a new customer and so I was not eligible for the instant delivery on this item, but the response and product delivery was still very fast! I placed the order around 9:30 a.m. and received the pet officially around 2:00 p.m. I’m sure the process would have been even faster had I not been paying by Visa gift card (which the staff needed to verify). I can say that I will definitely be buying from the BON staff again, and most likely with a larger order next time! No need for hesitation with these guys!

Let me just say that this purchase was wonderful! I got a pet that I had been wanting for years at a nice price. Fast service as always and I am a repeat customer and will be for a long time. The pet’s name is nice, short, pronounceable, and I couldn’t be happier!
